How to Perform an Initial Load from SAP CRM to SAP Cloud for Customer

Once you have done your configuration described in the configuration guide on http://service.sap.com/cloud4customer, you need to do an initial load.   This how-to guide describes how to do an initial load from SAP CRM to SAP Cloud for Customer.
