Here is a simple explanation of how to create info type menu for fast data entry:

First we choose the next path

Then choose “Set up infotype menu for fast data entry”

This window will appeare

choose “selection reports for fast data entry” “Table T588R From SM30“

It takes you to the next window:

Use “New entry” or “Copy” to insert the Infotype And the report corresponding

Then Save your Entries.

Back to the first window and choose “Screen types for fast entry” “Table T588Q From SM30”

The next window will appear :

Now add the Info types you need in the fields “Infotype, Screen control, default value, fast data entry and the selection report”

Note: the selected report must be exist in table “T588R”

Finally : Save your entries and get out 🙂 🙂
