Meet Rada Masic, fresh SAP Student Ambassador, first in Serbia, and find out what Runs Her. After her participation at Student InnoJam@CeBit 2013 where she took 2nd place with her team, it is great to see that she has taken another opportunity from SAP University Alliances and applied to SAP Global Connected Car Contest 2013. With this she proved that she understands the essence of such events and competitions. She has the qualities that we are looking at SAP: Eager to get new knowledge and have courage to participate in new challenges. Students like her are perfect candidates for SAP Student Ambassadors.

Rada Masic was born in Sarajevo (Bosnia and Herzegovina) and she is currently living in Belgrade (Serbia), and graduated from Singidunum University with a degree in Business Faculty. She is now studying for her Masters, in the Internal Audit and Forensics program. Apart from academics, she is very enthusiastic about her hobbies. As a very creative person, painting is one of her favorite activities. It allows her to express herself in so many different  ways. She has also been involved in many extracurricular activities related to education, trade, marketing, entrepreneurship, business culture, business informatics, social responsibility, etc. Based on her excellent academic results, activism, and personality, she was honored that professors chose to use some of her works as an example to other students.

Global Connected Car Contest 2013 was an excellent experience for her, especially because she loves the idea of solving problems and improving something in a limited period of time. It can be challenging since it demands huge concentration and innovation, but this just means the team is motivated and ready to offer their full quality and devotion. Rada is thrilled about a career in the technology field, because technology is an area that is constantly progressing and developing, which gives young people plenty of space to be creative, and the opportunities to express oneself are endless.

Rada is currently working on a project about online learning platforms, focusing on free online content and increasing the awareness about that content’s benefits for young people. Since the possibilities online are limitless, the challenge is to find out how we can make the most of the new technologies. She likes the fact that technology can be implemented in all aspects of our lives and can help us improve so many things and be more efficient. Using technology for things like active learning, improving business performance, improving medicine, aiding people with disabilities, and preserving nature are just drops in the ocean of possibilities. These possibilities are what make her excited to find out what is coming next in the area of technology.

Her wide range of her interests gives her the opportunity to work in many areas. Apart from the innovative ideas that are necessary in order to develop new things, she believes that the performance of each of us can be outstanding only if it is well planned and structured. Rada is looking forward to new challenges and certain that one day she will make significant contribution.
