Design Thinking Live! at the Change Management 2014 conference

When it comes to training and enabling organizations to run better using SAP, change management has always been a critical component. If you’re attending the Change Management 2014 conference in Orlando March 30 through April 2, you’ll have the opportunity to participate in a design thinking session that will help you broaden your view of the possibilities for change management.

On Monday, March 31 from 10:45-11:30 a.m., Kerry Brown and Julie Williamson-Wright from SAP Education will lead Design Thinking = Working with People in Mind. In this session, you’ll experience design thinking in a fun and creative way.  It’s designed to help you to rethink problem solving by teaching you to combine empathy, creativity for context, and insights to build solutions.  You’ll also see examples of how design thinking has helped organizations support their change management efforts.
