Writing pcr for a scenario when employment percent changes there should be quota accrual

Hi All

How should I write a  pcr for a scenario when employment percent changes in IT 0007, there should be quota accrual. Schema used is TM04.

Quota accrual occurs every pay periods. There are two pay periods in every month.
