In a few months, SAP Community will switch to SAP Universal ID as the only option to login. Don’t wait, create your SAP Universal ID now! If you have multiple accounts, use the Consolidation Tool to merge your content.
There are no plans for an Android app but this is because Android users can already download the content for offline viewing using Google Chrome. This is unfortunately not possible with iOS without the app.
In addition, there will be further enhancements to the openSAP platform in coming months which will lead to Android users enjoying a similar experience for browsing as those with the iOS app.
Since we upgraded our platform last week, there are some issues with the iPad app. The technical team are finalizing a new version and it will be available shortly. You can continue to access openSAP using your browser on your iPad. Apologies for any inconvenience caused and thanks for your patience.
Downloaded the Apps, it's a nice app, but still buggy.
There are times when I tried to view the content that I have downloaded available offline, the content just doesn't show under download section.
I closed the app, re-open, doesn't help, then I browse other courses for a bit, and then go back to the download section, and then the downloaded content appears again. 😕

Hi,
Where can I go to get support on the app? Having a few "teething issues" and want to know if it is a general thing or specific to me.
Thanks
Michael

Thank you for your feedback!! We will look into this and inform our developers. So far this haven’t been reported yet.
In parallel we are working on a major update for the iOS app and we certainly take your feedback into account.
