In this week's video I discuss career development because it’s such an important topic for early talents. I chose to focus on the idea of “making yourself known” at SAP, which is something I personally do that has really helped me develop my career here. There are several ways to do this, one of which is being involved with Life at SAP.
I personally follow the Life at SAP Facebook page, which has over 16,000 likes, as well as the Twitter page, which has 4,000 followers. All of these people see Life at SAP updates, with a lot of the content being shared within their own networks. I was lucky enough to connect with Aaron Rector, Content Producer, Strategic Programs, while he was In Newtown Square and have him share a few Life at SAP tips :smile:
I encourage everyone to get involved this way by creating and sharing their own content through Life at SAP. Being known within the company and expanding your network opens so many doors!
