Last year at the SAP Conference for Utilities in Copenhagen only one presentation title included the topic “IT/OT integration”. If you look at the agenda for the SAP Conference for Utilities in Mannheim this year, you realize how much importance this topic has gained in the last 12 months: No less than 9 presentations will discuss many different aspects of IT/OT integration.

Chris Boucher and Sarah Loftus from Anglian Water will describe in their keynote a successful IT/OT integration project. PSEG and Alliander will also present their experiences regarding IT/OT integration. These utility views are complemented by Stuart Ravens from Ovum who looks at technology trends – one of them being IT/OT convergence – and by presentations from SAP and Siemens. Finally Alert Enterprise discusses the very important aspect of security.

This year’s SAP Conference for Utilities will therefore enable you to get a deep insight into IT/OT convergence and discuss every aspect of the topic with various experts.

Meet me either in the session “IT/OT Convergence with a Real-Time Data Platform from SAP” on the first day at 2PM or in the “IT/OT Convergence” track at the second day.
