Simplicity based on frequency for your SAP user
Have you ever asked yourself which approach you should to
take to make life simpler for your SAP users?
In finding an answer to this, I believe “usability” should be replaced by “userbility”.
Focusing on the user with his experience and expectations is key.
Together with customers and SAP Partners, in a working
group, we defined new UIs for the most frequently used transactions for
the Utilities in Germany.
We were able to drastically reduce the number of screens and clicks while at
the same time improving the user’s satisfaction and SAP confidence dramatically.
