Dear all,

The enhancement pack 3 (Ehp3) release marks a major milestone for CRM for Utilities solution enabling the customers to use latest innovations non-disruptively to further simply, streamline and deliver more value to their customer facing operations.

Product modelling for Utilities (PMU), Product Finding and Configuration (PFC) has been completely revamped to make it easy, quick and simple (even for business users) to model and sell complex Utilities products and product bundles.

Improvements around call center efficiency and the release of the solution on HANA are some of the other highlights.
