continuing the series of blog1, blog2, here are some updates from release 1402.

 

So what has come newly in release b1402. As part of release b1402, we have added support for 10 more countries. Employee Central thus supports 68 countries now.  A number, which our competitors can’t beat for sure. 

 

Moving to Payroll side, SFSF EC Payroll is now available for 27 countries with b1402.

 

The other exciting feature that I want to talk about is Upgrade Center. With this release, upgrade center, a new mode of delivery and a new mode of communication, supports legal changes as well. It it easier for you to maintain legal compliance through the new built-in legal change support for Employee Central and Employee Central Payroll. With the February release, the SuccessFactors Upgrade Center will automatically filter legal changes according to your specific context (that is, your country and module) and display those recommended changes that are relevant to you. In addition, the legal change can be applied to your system as well, with just one click, wherever applicable. It’s a wonderful experience for the customers to see their system upgraded with just one click, not much hassles any more. You need to see it to believe it.

 

Minor enhancements were also done to previously delivered deductions and advances functionality.
