Some of you might already be aware that I am working together with the ASUG BI area on several topics, such as ASUG Influence Councils and ASUG webinars. As part of the "influence" for the SAP products we are currently looking for some input from the ASUG community on possible Focus Topics for the Customer Connection program. In case you are not familiar with the Customer Connection program, here a short description and a link for further details:
Customer Connection is a simple process directed at incrementally enhancing and improving the products and solutions our customers are using today. It offers SAP customers the opportunity to suggest small enhancements to products and solutions in mainstream maintenance, providing a fast and non-disruptive delivery via SAP notes and Support Packages. Customer Connection is structured along Focus Topics, which are suggested by SAP or the participating user groups.
As you can see the Customer Connection program is for small enhancements for products that are already available to our customers.
We created this short survey to gather suggestions from you - our customers - on those topics to see where we perhaps should create a new Focus Topic.
Please do no understand this survey as a guarantee for a new Focus Topic but instead the survey is there to gather the different topics of interest and based on the customer feedback we will decide on the next steps.
