That’s why the industry’s leading procurement and accounts payable (AP) professionals make Ariba LIVE their one must-attend event each year. And this year is no different.

Set to take place March 17 – 19 at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas, Ariba LIVE will bring together nearly 3,000 procurement, accounts payable, sales & marketing, and IT executives to learn new techniques, test drive the latest innovations, share best practices, and develop professional relationships that last a lifetime.

The agenda at this year’s Ariba LIVE has been strategically designed to appeal to the SAP installed base with marquee keynote speakers from key strategic industries:

  • Deutsche Bank EVP of Shared Services will discuss how and why they extended their SAP ECC footprint with the Ariba Network to drive efficiencies, cost savings, and improved working capital management across their procurement and accounts payable processes.
  • Kohl’s explains how they are leveraging SAP Cloud for Procurement (Ariba) applications and the Ariba Network to drive new levels of process efficiency, transparency, and cost savings across its supply chain.
  • MSC Industrial showcases how the Ariba Network is among their top sales channels, delivering greater share of wallet with existing customer, reducing costs and increasing profitability, and providing leads and increasing sales with net-new customers.
  • Southern Cal Edison showcases how SAP Cloud for Procurement (Ariba) applications and the Ariba Network are a cornerstone of the company’s total operational overhaul to compete, grow, drive compliance, and improve profitability in a constantly changing regulatory environment.

These keynotes will be accompanied by more than 80 practitioner-led breakout sessions — including industry tracks and sessions dedicated to providing roadmap, strategies, and first-hand accounts the techniques and technologies your peers are using to achieve new levels of efficiency and effectiveness.

The event also provides a platform for you to get hands-on experience with new solutions and engage with suppliers, partners, and other sponsors in the Commerce Pavilion. There are plenty of networking events — by industry, region, and topic — so you can connect with your peers and advance your career. And definitely don’t miss the legendary after-hours party…

I’m so glad you asked. Retail is one of my (and my wife’s) favorite industries. There’s quite a bit of focus on retail strategies for both merchandise (direct) and not-for-resale (indirect) at Ariba LIVE.

I addition to a must-see keynote from Kohl’s Department Stores, there are a number of practitioner led breakout sessions from Coach, Winn-Dixie, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Staples, B&H Photo, Sears, American Tire Distributors, Ulta Beauty, Avon, Fastenal, and Delhaize.

Plus, you won’t want to miss the Procurement Excellence for Retail panel discussion or the Retail Roundtable Discussion, and a host of additional networking opportunities.

You can find all the details at aribalive.com. Hope to see you there.
