Guidelines

1. Total Schedule of each presentation is 40 minutes.

    Presentation time :      30 min.
    Q&A time            :      5 min.
    Transition time     :      5 min.


2. The Dress Code for the event is Causals

3. Please carry your Govt. ID card and Company ID’s for Security check and Visitor Pass.

4. The Registrations would be open from 8:15 AM till 9:00 AM, Be there  at security before 30 mins.

5. You can make the Vehicle Entry only from “Deloitte D-Block” (Address Listed below) and park your vehicles in the designated area.

6. We have made the Lunch arrangements during the event.

    Yes – looks like a Mini TechEd with multiple parallel track. Hope attendees will not be running around from one track to another.

      Giving more freedom to the participants they can attend any session , Transition time is 5 mins.. they can attend with out hurdles. Thanks Somnath
