After I have gone through blogs by Blog It Forward – Siva Kumar & Ravi Sankar Venna comments about it I inspired to make my blog for SCN Members.

My SCN experience :
I am hardcore SCN Fan. Who so ever join new in my team, I make them aware of SCN . I have learnt a lot form SCN. I joined SCN , recently on this year and that time i just made a account but from last 1 month i started using it a lot.
Personal Information:
I am SrikanthV , Currently staying in Hyderabad, The Hub of IT. Born in Warangal, Andhra Pradesh. Graduated from JNTU Hyderabad, and currently working in DesIdea Software Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad.
My eternal love towards current affairs (News, Sports and Pictures), reading Books, Cricket, exploring different traditional cultures.
I completed all my education in Warangal. I completed my B.Tech from Vaagdevi College of Engineering, affiliated to JNTU Warangal.

My professional Life:
Currently working as an ABAP Consultant in DesIdea Software Technologies Pvt Ltd, Hyderabad. SAP has a great opportunities & is a fast growing technology to learn and achieve Career Objectives.
I am working in SAP – ABAP,SAP-CRM-technical and I have knowledge on BSP Applications also.
My Home state:
Presently I am staying in Hyderabad (Hi-Tech City or Hub of IT) and is very famous for Hyderabad Biryani for food lovers particularly in Non-veg section and more than 400 years of Ancient History for our historical architecture “Charminar” and “Golconda”.

2. If given a chance to show your creativity, in which specific field would you make an attempt?
Agriculture and IT Solutions.
3.What is your worst coding program ? The program you would like never to modify … ?
Not yet Experienced till now.
4.What is the craziest thing you would have done in your life?
Entering into SAP World fortunately. I feel very happy with this Sap World.
5.What 2 things do you like the most about working in IT?
Working Environment and Growing with the technology changes and learning continuously.

1) Name the person who affected you most in your career/ way of thinking and why?
Veerapandian & Livingston from CPCL(Previous it was MRL (Madras Refineries Limited). Because I was working as trainee in CPCL during 1998. I was playing in company and I wasn't taking things seriously. Everyone completed their work and went to home. Veerapanidan sir, ask me to wait till he complete his work. I was working from morning 7:30 AM to 9:00 PM, I became very tired, frustrated and angry. He dropped me near my house and he asked me 100rs. I replied, I told him, I don't have. He immediately replied to me stating that no one in this world will give single rupee. Without hard work and smart work you will not come up in your life and career. I was very much affected that moment and decided to take things serious. Now I am achieved and following his advise.
2) What do you enjoy most in your work and why?
I always think job is my life and because job gives you money, happiness, respect and status.
3) What is your personal life dream?
Dream comes & goes like passing clouds. If I dream about anything I want to achieve. Till I achieve I don't sleep.

I am giving the answers for the questions you asked us the following

At first I will say my grand father because he changed my way of thinking and understanding
people and then my Dad in career.
2) What do you enjoy most in your work and why?
Discussion made with colleagues when I struck with no solution, teamwork and chit-chat in lunch time.
3) What is your personal life dream?
My personal dream is to keep one business which gives some work to people who are job less and in professional way grow as much in SAP.
