26 UA Professors and 8 SAP Students Ambassadors attended the Expert Sessions and were guided by the UA team at various pods for behind the scenes view of SAP TechEd. We also had the SAP TechEd Live interviews at SAP TechEd on 12th December by UA manager-Rahul Sachdev of 2 UA Professors (Prof Ramesh Behl-IMI Delhi and Dr Ravi Shankar-BMS College of Engineering-Bangalore) and 2 SAP Student Ambassadors (Richa Rajput and Keerthivek from Symbiosis Centre for Information Technology-Pune) on how Millennial are the ones who will drive the next phase of growth for many companies and how SAP University Alliances and its professors have been supporting them.
The 2 professors have been great ambassadors for the UA program and have been experts in a few SAP Technologies like Business Suite, Business ByDesign, SAP Mobility which they are teaching their student community. The professors shared their experiences on how their students have benefitted immensely after learning the SAP UA program and how this has helped in increasing their employability. The professors also highlighted that events like SAP Techniversity, SAP TechEd are a great way for them to know on the latest technologies from SAP and to network with SAP customers and partners.
The 2 student ambassadors shared their beautiful journey with SAP which started with their participation in the SAP University Alliances Student competition in 2012 where they won the competition and got an opportunity to attend SAPPHIRE in Orlando 2013 and intern with SAP. They recently joined the SAP Pre-sales Academy in Jan 2014 where they would spend 6 months on getting trained and learning with SAP experts in Dublin, California. They are a perfect example on how one can achieve his goal if one has the deep passion and persistence to follow his dreams.
