A great feature of SAP Lumira is the ability to easily upload and customize data from various sources. This quick video tutorial showcases the simplicity of adding extra rows and columns to one data set from another.

Using data sourced from both Excel and CSV files, the video walks through the process of adding extra columns (appending) and rows (merging) to sets of data.


Tip: When appending columns a user must ensure that the names of the columns and the type of data (number vs. words) are the same. Before merging rows, SAP Lumira displays a message detailing the rows’ compatibility and only allows user merge the rows if they are 100% compatible.

Lumira offers the options to save documents and data sets both locally and in the SAP Lumira Cloud. With the SAP Lumira Cloud, a user can easily share share documents and data sets with colleagues and quickly delineate viewing and editing rights.
