Completion Confirmations - Define Causes for Variance

We're back again talking about the completion confirmation configuration in service management (say that five times fast).  Today's configuration is very simple.  It is primarily for reporting.  If a variance occurs, you can set a cause for why.  Here's all it is.

From here, just enter in your text reason based on plant.  You can define it say whatever makes sense for your organization.  That's really all there is to it.
