Transfer Work Items to Replacement

Use

In this Customizing activity, you schedule the program Transfer Work Items to Replacement (GRFN_REPLACEMENT_MASS_ACTIVATE). The program transfers work items from persons that no longer work in Process Control or Risk Management to their replacement users in the system.

Activities

To ensure that the program is performed daily, follow the job wizard attached to the activity and enter details as specified below:

1. 1. Enter the Job name: GRFN_REPLACEMENT_DAILY
2. 2. Enter the Job class: C - Low priority
3. 3. Enter the Job Status: Scheduled.
4. 4. Choose Continue.
5. 5. Select ABAP Program Step and choose Continue.
6. 6. Enter the ABAP program name: GRFN_REPLACEMENT_MASS_ACTIVATE, and then choose Continue.
7. 7. Select the Date and Time.
8. 8. Enter the day on when the job must start and the time when it must be run each day.
9. 9. Select  thePeriod checkbox.
10. 10. Select  theDaily checkbox.
11. 11. Save the entry.
