HANA Cloud Portal Documents Repository – Save your documents in one place

A new useful ability has been recently added to the HANA Cloud Portal – a documents repository.

Instead of using yet another shared folder or re-sending your documents over and over again – place them in the documents repository. This is a central repository for all types of files and it enables you to store, share, download and reuse your documents in HANA Cloud Portal sites. The Document, Image and HTML Viewer widgets are also linked the documents repository so you can upload files directly from it.

The documents repository demonstrates the necessary actions required to manage your documents and is straight forward to use.

The same actions can be performed by an administrator and by a site author while working on a site.

Enjoy.

      Hi Elena,

The "share link" is available on items located inside the public folder. The public folder feature is planned to be included in the upcoming release of HANA Cloud Portal.

      Best Regards,

      Alex
