SAP's Gift To PowerBuilder Enthusiasts

SAP has given PowerBuilder enthusiasts an awesome gift for 2014.

They have given us a gift on a silver platter in the form of added demand for the skills that we love to use. So, thank you SAP.  I hope this is the start of a long and mutually beneficial business relationship.

I must say that I am impressed so far with SAP's Community Network for PowerBuilder it is a breath of fresh air compared to what we were used to.

Don't forget about the PowerBuilder User Conference for 2014 !  PB15 will be there.

The gift is a gift to more than PB enthusiasts, it is a gift to IT management that was losing sleep about the millions invested in legacy PB systems that would cost billions to migrate to different technologies. I am thinking of one client for which I cannot share the name that suggested a re-write of their in-house legacy PB application would cost a billion dollars.
