Twenty-three UA professors gather in Kuala Lumpur for a four-day train-the-trainer workshop on SAP ERP and Business ByDesign. Most of these lecturers will be teaching SAP subjects for the first time. The participants also learn about SAP Student Academy where professional certification courses are offered to UA students at an attractive price. The highlight is the experience sharing by Hilti Malaysia, an SAP global customer who has implemented in a hybrid model SAP Business Suite on premise and Business ByDesign in the Cloud to run its global operations. They have started to leverage on HANA platform to optimizes its supply chain and Business Analytics. Malaysia is one of its three global IT competence centres.
