How To Create User Define Field in General Ledger -SAP B1
Step1: Create User Define Field in Marketing Document.
Step2: Create User Define Field in journal Entry Screen at header level with same properties as mentioned in marketing document –
Narration_1 UDF
Step3: Go to Administration-Setup-General-Reference Field Link-Double Click on A/R Invoice “Reference Field link – Definition-A/R
invoice” Screen Will open. User define Field created in Journal Entry screen will be displayed here.
Step4: Now Link Marketing Document –UDF with newly created User define field in Journal Entry for mapping.
Step5: Open General Ledger and go to form setting , Choose UDF to display details in General leadger..
