I downloaded 1.0.14 from sap.com/trypredictive which takes you to SAP Store. What is interesting is the registration screens, and I must say the installation of R has been made easier from previous versions.
I selected the Windows 64 bit version. After extracting, you are presented with this:
Then you accept the license agreement:
Here is the interesting screen – I wasn’t sure if I should register with SAP Lumira Cloud, enter the key code – ultimately I selected “Register Later”:
The next step is “Ready to Install” as shown below:
I can use Lumira Cloud as a source of data:
The easy part too is installing R:
Click the Install R button above.
Installation takes a few minutes. Then click Configuration and click OK button.
Now you are ready to use Predictive Analysis.

It’s been a known issue in the past of having both SAP Lumira and SAP Predictive, did you happen to install both on the same computer?
No I did not install both on the same computer. I installed Predictive on a separate machine.
Remember Lumira is a subset of Predictive 🙂
