This graphic was made from a famous fast-consumed AFS chain merchants, which was used since 2011 in China.

Till 2013, it has opened over 400 regular chains and 300 franchise stores in China, owing many sub-brands.


As a retailer, it gets used to obverve sales YoY based on week, month, quarter and year while considering festival,season and regular promotion.  It also implies the store managers always use this report to make in-season replenishment and realize percentage they have made for the yearly budget, then take appropriate action to achieve that goal.


(图表改编自某著名快时尚品牌公司报表,使用时间自2011至今。该公司截至2013年在国内拥有400家直营店和300家代理店,拥有多个著名品牌)  百货公司或者品牌商习惯以周为单位观察销售同比、环比、可比,当然考虑促销期间和节假日因素非常重要。短期看是为了考核店长、区域,中期看是为了季节内补货,长期看是为了来年销售预算。
