Data Geek Challenge: My Sales Analysis
Summary: In this analysis, there is a correlation established on the Total Revenues with the Sales Discount offered to their respective customers from the sample data set of 12 companies.
Application used: I’ve employed the SAP Predictive Analysis instead of using SAP Lumira. I selected the SAP Predictive Analysis by its name as it gave me a sense of more confidence of what I was predicting. The software’s name is descriptive enough and provides the intended functionalities as such.
Steps involved: 1. Selected the sample data set from the Data Gallery. 2. Loaded up such data using one of the data source offered by the SAP Predictive Analysis. 3. Defined some attributes as measures – drag measure on Y-Axis and then some other fields on X-axis and then selected different views, graphs, pie-charts etc. that formed the basic for my analysis. 4. Performed various analyses of available data in various formats such as Graph, 3D views, Pie Charts, Geographical view etc. 5. The SAP Predictive Analysis provides various options to predict results based on the given data. 6. The predicted results are then finalized.
