Customer Connection – Closing the Loop with User Groups for Web Intelligence

Earlier this month SAP held a webcast on Customer Connection – Enabling the Installed Base with a focus topic on Web Intelligence.   There currently is a customer connection program in process (with SAP) for the BI Platform.

SAP Customer Connection works with user groups and are very popular with European user groups.  This year ASUG has increased participation in Customer Connection working with our SAP points of contact.

Customer connection works on small proposed requests and you need 5 subscribers.  This call closed the loop on Web Intelligence BI 4.1 SP2
