Codelco, the Chilean state-owned copper mining company, has chosen a SuccessFactors cloud solution to improve HR management. Two factors were critical in the decision-making process: the ability of the tool to be integrated to the SAP ERP platform, and the fact that the offering was based on the cloud and was therefore more cost-efficient than a physical installation. “We needed to optimize the recruitment process and further develop the areas of performance and talent management. We sought a system that would help us focus on key people and that would give us good quality information to support decision making.
