WINDOWS FIREWALL SAP B1 SERVER
Hi to all..
A little blog post.. might be useful for other people .. certainly for my memory ..
So .. it affects the configuration of the Windows 2008 R2 firewall to allow the connection from the client computer SAP.
In windows firewall => INBOUND RULES, i created 2 rules to allow connection from the client SAP:
- SBO_SQL_SRV allow connection to SAP SERVER from SAP CLIENT on TCP protocols on local port range1433 – 1444
- SBO_LICENSE MANAGER allow connection to SAP SERVER from SAP CLIENT on TCP protocols on local port range 30000 – 30001
In this way, the client can successfully connect to the server sap sap, without compromising the security of the server itself.
P.S: I prefer absolutely IPTABLES instead of windows firewall… 😉
Have a nice day

Ok.. After installing the integration service, it’s necesary to:
- open port 8080 for incoming connection to SLD (you must also modify XCELLERATOR.cfg)
- open port 8443 for incoming connection from IPAD – IPHONE – ANDROID device
Hi,
Thanks for sharing information.

Hi, I'm wondering what changes I should make on "XCELLERATOR.cfg"...?
