Guide: How to download WSDL and API documentation of a business object

Here is a quick guide how to download the WSDL for the public cloud SOAP APIs of a business object. Will use Cloud for Customer Service Request BO as an example.

1. Go to Administrator or Application and User Management work center

2. Open Communication Arrangement

3. You will find all of the APIs that have been configured and exposed to the public cloud on the tenant grouped by a “Communication Partner” = Communication System. The Communication System defines the API user login credentials (authentication) as well as which APIs the API user has access to (authorization). Search for the Communication System and choose the specific scenario you setup for the API integration

4. Choose the specific API you want to download the WSDL as well as the API documentation
