The SAP Mobile Platform team has an amazing opportunity for developers, the SAP Mobile Game On Challenge.

It's time to get your mobile app development game on with SAP Mobile Platform. SAP is looking to collaborate with the best and brightest, build a community of amazing mobile apps, and send you and a friend to Super Bowl XLVIII.

To learn more about SAP Mobile Platform and our latest release, check out the links below:

In addition to these links are a series of video tutorials to get your started with SAP Mobile Platform. I have placed the first two of the series into this blog to get your started.

Jump Start 1: Welcome

An introduction to the Jump Start tutorials with an overview of the SAP Mobile Platform -- what developers can expect from the tutorials, what the tutorials will cover, which parts of the platform are covered and a brief demo of the JumpStart demo app which is the basis of the tutorials.

Jump Start 2: Developer features in SAP Mobile Platform

A direct appeal to developers explaining why they should be excited about the SAP Mobile Platform with a focus on the high level features and compelling capabilities of the platform.

The complete series of Jumpstart videos are available here and you can find many more resources for developing mobile apps on SAP Mobile Platform on the sapmobileacademy.com site.

If you are interested in participating in the SAP Mobile Platform Game On Challenge, please review the contest rules and apply to participate today. If you meet the criteria, you will be contacted by SAP with information on how to get started.

We will share stories about the selected teams from now until the end of January. At that time the winners will be selected and sent to watch Super Bowl XLVIII live, in person.

Best of luck and game on!
