Welcome to My world.

Thanks to Chandra Shekhar Agarwal for inviting me.

Thanks for giving me chance to describe myself.

Well, I am known as Dibyendu Patra, nickname as Dev. I am from Paschim Medinipur in India. This is my village, I stay in Kolkata for working purpose. I have an elder brother, his name is Suvendu Patra. He is a Senior Software Engineer. He is working on Learning Met Solution Pvt. Ltd. My father works in a private company. My Mother is a housewife.

I borned in a small village, named Paschim Medinipur. I completed my primary education in that village.

Yes, I belong from this nice green village. Where farmer makes rice, onion, potato etc.

I borned in year 1988, 3th March.

Let me tell you one interesting thing about my childhood. When I was in class nine, I was very much interested on Electronics parts. You guys can’t believe that I was able to open a Radio, TV, Freeze in my home and can’t re-arrange them and leave them as open.

My mother used to hit me many times for that.

My Education

After completing my primary education, then I joined an institute to learn electronics work. There I learned for 1.5 years and got a lot of experience about electronics equipment.

Then I decided to do a diploma course from any of government college. I took admission in ITI- Industrial Training Institute for electronics course.

I completed my diploma from this collage. I got the marks 530 of 600 in final exam and got the second place in this university.

My Professional Life

I joined a private company named Lux Industries Limited (LUX COZI) as a data entry user on legacy/foxpro on 2008, Jan 25th.

I worked as a data entry user more than about 2 years. I learned lot of things, and as per my working experience, my project head had given me the position of FoxPro Database Analyst.

On March, 2011 My company had decided to implement SAP. At that time I was new in SAP, our SAP team trained all CTM including me as a SAP END user. learned SAP and I was working as a SAP end user.

Then one of our SAP team member, named Rakesh Singh (Rakesh singh) taught me very details about SAP ERP package.

He is my SAP teacher and my inspiration. He taught me a lot in SAP. He is working in TCS now.

He taught me around 6 months, Then as per my learning experience he recommended me as a SAP MM SUPER USER to my organization’s higher department. Our HR department agreed with that and gave me designation of SAP MM Super User. After 1 year, my designation was changed from SAP MM Super User to SAP MM Associate Consultant.

My Tours and Travels

On 2011, we went to Duars (a forest) with my office colleagues.

Then in 2012, We went to DIGHA with my 3 friends.

My Bestie

Here is My best friend in my life. His name is RANA KOLEY.

Recently he got a baby girl. But unfortunately I have no picture of her.

A famous festival in Kolkata – India : Durga Puja

In every year, we visit every pandal of devi durga in entire Kolkata.

My Ambition

First to be a good man. Then I want to make myself a SAP champion. 🙂

1.The dream job when I was kid :

When I was a kid, I am very much interested in Computer, and my dream job was Working in computer, I was interested everythings which is related to computer.

2. If given a chance to show your creativity, in which specific field would you make an attempt?

I am really very much interested in photography. If I have a chance to make a photograph album, I will create it myself.
