My latest book, Apache Cordova 3 Programming, is now available at Apache Cordova 3 Programming | InformIT. The book is a rewrite of the first half (the tools portion) my PhoneGap Essentials plus coverage on how to create Cordova plugins plus some high-level coverage of the Cordova APIs. It provides complete coverage of the Cordova CLI and the tools a developer uses to build Cordova applications. There's even a chapter that talks about the SAP Mobile Platform and Kapsel (SAP's plugins for Apache Cordova).
