The measure, AFIP RG 3536 published October 31^st of 2013, achieves the special regime (with detail or Web Service MTXCA) for transmission and electronic storage of any supporting operations in the domestic market by all the subjects enrolled in the value added tax (VAT) scheme under regime 2904.  The full detail transmission requires including the description of the property, quantity, unit price, etc..

As of 1/1/2014 inclusive, those responsible will be automatically registered in the system of electronic invoice with details of products and / or services sold.
