In this document I would like to share about how to get the “where used list of PRT Equipments/Materials”.
How to add a PRT in a Maintenance Order:-
Select an operation for which you like to add a PRT and click on “Prod.resources/Tools” icon and enter the PRT in the next screen.
Here I have taken an example of an Equipment PRT:- Entered PRT Equipment in couple of Maintenance Orders.
Where Used List of PRT’s:-
Go to the report IW39 and select the Order status, Order type and other required filelds in the selection screen .After entering the data in the selection screen click on PRT icon which is located on top left in IW39 screen as shown below.
After clicking on PRT icon you will get the below screen. Enter the PRT Equipment for which you want to know the where used list and then Execute.
After execution of the report, here again system will display the same IW39 selection screen; again user has to execute the report then only Where used list of PRT’s will get display.
These are the Orders where the PRT is used.
