Planning to do SAP CRM Functional

Dear All

I am a Sales Professional with 4 yrs of exp. I am planning to do SAP CRM functional and want to develop my career in it. Therefore I request you all to kindly suggest me what should I do to and suggest me any good text book for the same.

As, I am absolutely new for this field please suggest me what else need to be done to excel in this.

      Hello Gautam Roy,

      First of all all the best to you and welcome to the sap community..

      There is no good text books apart from the " SAP CR" books. In fact these books will supply for the internal training purpose. but you can download form so many sites..

      One more thing its very easy course don't be afraid..cheers up..:-)
