OData is an important building block of SAP's timeless software architecture, and we have been working together with Microsoft, IBM, Red Hat and many other companies to transform it into an open standard at OASIS.

 

The OASIS OData Technical Committee has recently approved a new revision of OData 4.0 as a Committee Specification. This is an important step towards becoming an OASIS Standard.

This revision of the documents is final from the TC's perspective, and they have already been approved as a Candidate OASIS Specifications.
