Hello,

In case you updated to the latest version of Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 and is receiving one (or all) of the following issues, I will help you to fix this with easy steps

Problems Related to IE 11:

Problem to log on in the system (after inputting your credentials):

Blank screen in ‘Download Center’ or in ‘Install Additional Software’ screen:

How to solve it:

As workaround for this issue you can add the URL (sapbydesign.com) to the ‘Compatibility view’ list in your Internet Explorer using the steps below:

1-) Search for ‘Tools’ (‘Gear’ Icon)

2-) Select ‘Compatibility View Settings’

3-) Add the URL (sapbydesign.com)

4-) Close

5-) Restart IE

PS: Those steps are not in this case document it gives another workaround to the issue.
