ASUG Program Management & Maintenance Strategies SIG Webcast Series |
Please join the ASUG Program Management & Maintenance Strategies SIG for this three-part webcast series. Businesses and project teams are striving for achieving high speed and the effectiveness in the deployment of business software to add value to the organization. That’s why SAP has introduced Agile ASAP 8; a new, practical implementation methodology that allows you to implement operating functionality in short iterative cycles. In each cycle, the team implements the most valuable and important functionality first. This enables you to generate results faster, gain immediate insight into the value, increase the flexibility of the implementation, and improve progress monitoring. ASAP 8 Methodology Benefits:
Agile in SAP Projects This session will provide an overview of Agile delivery projects with Assemble-to-Order (A2O) deployment approach leveraging RDS and Engineered Services. Agile Project Launch and Requirements This session will explore the Agile project launch and new way to requirements with Solution Validation approach (deep dive into the Project Preparation and the new “Blueprint” phases). Agile Realization and Releases This session will explore iterative incremental build in SAP environment (deep dive into the Realization, Final Prep, and Go-Live Support phases). As registration is only open to ASUG members, you must be logged into the ASUG website to register for these events. |
