OData 4.0 is Candidate OASIS Standard

OData is an important building block of SAP’s timeless software architecture, and we have been working together with Microsoft, IBM, Red Hat and many other companies to transform it into an open standard at OASIS.

The OASIS OData Technical Committee has approved the latest OData 4.0 and OData JSON Format 4.0 Committee Specifications as a Candidate OASIS Standards.

The next step towards a full OASIS Standard is a 60-day public review from 28 November 2013 00:00 GMT to 27 January 2014 23:59 GMT.
