UD mandatory for Stock posting from Quality to Unrestricted Stock

Here the scenario as below

Without usage decision, system will allow you do stock posting from Quality to Unrestricted Stock. Because of that, even though if we complete stock posting, the inspection lot indicator will be red colour in QA32 report. It seems pending for the end user to do usage decision.

To avoid this issue, we controlled the stock posting by user status of the inspection lot. So stock posting not possible, without usage decision.

Do the configuration as below.

Go to BS02 and create User Profile as below

2.Create two user statuses as below. Make the first one as “Init. status”

3.Click on the Object Types and select the followings

4. Again click on the User Status and come to the previous screen

5.Double click on the First Status and make the settings as below

6.Double click on the Second Status and make the settings as below and save the user profile.

7.Assign this user status to Inspection types as below

8.Select the inspection type and click on the details

9. In Status profile tab, assign the created user status profile and Save.

10.Now try to do stock posting without usage decision. Error message will display while saving.
