Hello,

There are some doubts related to the difference of "EC Purchase Order" and "Purchase Order" criteria used in "Type of follow-on document" in Shopping Cart Monitor when looking for shopping carts.

Basically, when looking for carts using the "EC Purchase Order", system will look for carts that have Purchase Orders created in SRM (Extended Classic Purchase Orders).

Whereas, when looking for carts using the "Purchase Order" criteria, system will look for carts that have Purchase Orders created in ECC directly (Classic Purchase Orders).

Therefore, if Extended Classic Scenario is used, no results will be displayed when "Purchase Order" criteria is used.

The same applies if Classic Scenario is used, when no results will be displayed if "EC Purchase Order" criteria is used.

KBA 1939419 clarifies about this field criteria.

Regards,

Ricardo
