A few months ago, Martha Thieme and Antonio Soto, two members of our excellent team of business analytics instructors, wrote a blog called The Quick and Dirty Guide to SAP BusinessObjects TrainingIn this blog, they helped make sense of confusing course codes and changing product names.  (That’s what good instructors do.  They explain stuff.)

They also provided a comprehensive summary of the comprehensive collection of SAP BusinessObjects related training, including Crystal Reports, Crystal Reports for Enterprise, Web Intelligence, Analysis, Dashboards, Design Studio, Data Services, Information Design tool to create Universes, and Administration.  And let’s not forget the SAP Business Objects Certification Program.

If SAP Business Objects is in your team’s job description, there’s probably something for them in Martha and Antonio’s blogAnd we’d like to see them in class!

To this end, SAP Education is making a special on-site training offer to our North America customers: If you book a training class at your facility, you can get a second one at a 10% discount (promotion code 13CUST2-10%).  You can apply this discount to any of the classes described in Martha and Antonio’s blog, as well as our mobility and SAP HANA classes – or any other class we offer for that matter.

The first on-site must be completed by December 31, 2013; the second has to be completed by March 31, 2014.  You can use your SAP Preferred Card to pay for the first engagement, but not the second.

Are you an SAP BusinessObjects 4.1 customer?  If you are among the growing ranks of SAP BusinessObjects 4.1 customers, take heart.  The TZBI44 delta class for 4.0 to 4.1 is tentatively planned to be on the schedule in mid-December. Other courseware is expected in the first quarter of 2014, in time to be used in your second on-site.
