The winner of the SAP HANA Cloud Applications Challenge is…

TechEd Amsterdam is proving to be a great place for developers to strut their stuff. In addition to DemoJam, there’s a plethora of other innovative contests and challenges taking place. One that’s definitely worth your attention is the SAP HANA Cloud Applications Challenge that fellow social reporter Schalk Viljoen told me about. Here’s the lowdown.

After a distinguished jury of SAP Cloud Experts evaluated the most exciting partner apps, they hand picked the very best. The finalists (in alphabetical order) are:

CaprizaCapriza simplifies and extends SAP systems for use on any device. Using the Capriza Designer, IT can enable employees to securely perform SAP workflows from any device (desktop or mobile).

In Mind Computing AG – Their Insight Selling Suite Standard Edition helps companies sell B2B solutions smarter, faster, more and at less costs. It forms a comprehensive cluster of applications based on the SAP HANA Cloud.

Signavio GmbHSignavio Process Editor offers a web-based and certified SAP NetWeaver Cloud application for modeling business processes using BPMN 2.0. Besides professional process modeling and optimization, the Signavio Process Editor provides an ideal platform for engaging all process participants as possible in process design and optimization.

At yesterday’s award ceremony, the winner of the 2013 SAP HANA Cloud Applications Challenge turned out to be…Capriza! Product Director Hila Schlank (pictured below) was on hand to accept the award. Congratulations to the runner-ups. Be sure to visit the links provided which take you to the corresponding solution on the SAP Store.
