The SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council targets the development of SAP Enterprise Support to be 100% aligned to the needs of our customers. In 2013, more than 100 customers from all over the world participated and provided valuable feedback to SAP in order to drive the evolution of SAP Enterprise Support and to scale complex offerings and make them available to any SAP Enterprise Support customer worldwide.
In 2013 SAP added offerings for mobile solutions to its ever-increasing repository of services. Through the SAP Enterprise Support Advisory Council, SAP worked closely with customers to collect feedback and requirements for services and best practices for enterprise mobility and developed these new service offerings to help ensure the success of all customers using SAP Enterprise Support.
