There is not much demand in Arabic-speaking countries for SuccessFactors, but when demand increases I am positive that SuccessFactors will introduce Arabic and RTL capabilities.

Interesting, as there seemed to be a lot of hris demand. Is this Workday country or still on-premise focused?

There is a lot of HRIS demand in MENA, but mostly on-premise. There is more of a want to "own it" there.
