And as a result, technicians get more “wrench time” and less data entry time. One employee of IAP Worldwide Services even called his mobile device his most important tool. Not only that, but SAP has also worked with IAP Worldwide Services to create a 30-day implementation period for all of its new contracts, enabling IAP to be agile and responsive.
