Hi Beginners

SAP-HR  uses info types to store all relevant employee data required for administration purposes.It has a 4 digit-code and a related name.It stores similar data into one screen.  For example, Address of Employee (Info type 0006) , Under info type of adress there is sub info type again like permenant address , mailing address, Emergency Address.

For Creation of new Infotype , Go to T.Code : PA 30 and below new screen will appear.

Enter the Employee code (Personnel No : ) of the employee and click on Enter

Select the Address Field (Info type) or from info type filed also select 0006 and under one info type we can define sub info type as show in the Screen shot , select the Emergency address

Enter the information of Emergency Adress and click on Save

, you can edit , copy ,Delete the Info type record  the and overview the info types by using below tools in tool bar.
