Special SAP Plant Maintenance Day of Sharing - Learn, Share and Collaborate - In Person ( Calgary ) and Online
We are holding a very special " SAP Plant Maintenance Day of Sharing " on November 7th 2013 ( 8:30 am MST to 4:30 pm MST ) both in person in Calgary and online. This is our third meeting for 2013, we last met on June 6, 2013. If you are unable to attend in person you are welcome to attend this event virtually, we will be broadcasting the sessions in the morning live.
We meet a number of times during the year as an SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Community in Calgary to share, learn and stay connected with each other. We will have presentations and discussions by customers, SAP and SAP Partners.

We are very pleased to have participation at this special session by Hemant Rathod ( Director SAP EAM Product Management ) who is flying from Philadelphia for this session and by Jeff Smith ( ASUG SAP EAM / PM SIG Chair and Fairfax Water ). It is great to have a representative from SAP EAM Management support our EAM Community by coming here to meet with us. Getting Your Voices Heard - Provide Input to SAP EAM Development Team
- Collaborate and Co-innovate with SAP Customer Influence Program - Focus on SAP EAM
This session will provide an overview of customer influence program from SAP. Customer influence program drives close collaborative working between various SAP customers and SAP development team, and enable efficient use of applications delivered by SAP. Participant will get a view on methodology and process through which they can participate in this program. We would also run through some example of enhancements delivered by SAP in the area of plant maintenance. SAP Customer Connection is a program for SAP User Groups and their members.
- Things You Should Know Before Planning Your Next Upgrade
Overwhelming changes in technology and systems, introduces an environment of hype with three letter acronym which sometime look frighteningly away from day to day tasks that user need to perform. In this session we will review all the enhancements delivered within SAP EAM solution from enhancement package 5 onwards. Session will also introduce you with various global technology innovation like large data, cloud, Mobile, analytics and application and how one can use these innovation in their daily work
- What are User Groups Outside of North America Identifying As Their Top SAP EAM Issues ?
Hear what are the top SAP EAM issues that have been identified from the German, Japan and Australian User Groups.
- What Are Your SAP EAM Pain Points and Challenges - What Would You Like To See Improved ?
Discuss and deliberate in group to identify opportunities to improve SAP EAM and provide this feedback to SAP. Your change to provide input from your company.
