The paper provides a concise introduction to terminology theory intended for professionals and experts in any subject area. It describes the importance of term management and gives examples to illustrate how individuals can contribute to solving the terminology-related issues with which they’re involved in their organizations.

The contents were co-created by RaDT members and includes input from the Terminology@SAP team at SAP Language Services.

It is currently available only in German. The RaDT is discussing plans for an English version in the near future.

Please feel free to share this link with other German speakers who are interested in terminology issues, in particular those involved in creating terminology and definitions as well as the managers and decision makers who approve and fund terminology projects and initiatives.

For more information on the RaDT see www.radt.org (German only).
